Payment is now open for the Worldnet 2017 main draw and Vets tournaments, which will take place in Nottingham in July. Early-bird entry prices are £250 per team if a £50 deposit is paid before the end of February, with the balance required by the end of March. Any entries after that date will be £300 with all entry monies to be paid in full by the end of May.
Payment is being accepted on-line and bank details are the same as previous years. Teams should see the IFA mailing list and message board for account details. Teams are also asked to put their name in the payment subject or reference field. If you are entering 2 teams then please do 2 separate transactions.
Tournament organiser Andrew Kilduff is still speaking with potential sponsors. “If we gain a sponsor then we will look to pay back some of the entry money” stated Kilduff.
Accommodation is also available, prices are £35 per person per night in a shared bathroom facility (4 sharing a bathroom). This price includes breakfast, towels and toiletries.
If you wish to have your own en-suite then the price is £45 per night.
There are also on site hotels that are also available and are of a good 4 star standard with bar and restaurant.
Teams are asked to collate room payments and use the same bank details to pay. Using team name and accommodation in your subject payment reference.
Again, please pay separately to the team entry.
Further questions can be addressed to Andrew on the IFA mailing list.
