Football Manager WorldNet & Big Tam Vets 2019 – Entry Details

FOLLOWING the announcement of WorldNet and BigTamVets 2019, proudly sponsored by Football Manager, we are now delighted to confirm entry costs for the 2019 competition.

Both tournaments will return to the University of Nottingham’s Riverside Sports Complex on the weekend of the 5th – 7th July 2019.

This year we are launching a new price structure for entry, with the cheapest entry fee in over 10 years for those who are willing to commit to entering early! WorldNet & BigTamVets are run by volunteers, we’re not looking to make a copper coin out of this, but the event has to wash it’s own face!

The pricing structure and terms of entry are stated below, with the form to complete for entry at the bottom of the page:

Accommodation will be once again provided by University of Nottingham at their Derby Hall. Due to ongoing refurbishments at the University, we have provisionally 220 rooms available on the site at a first-come, first-served basis on their Speedybooker platform however more availability may come available once refurbishment works have been completed.

Details for the Speedybooker system will be released by the end of September to book university accommodation, with costs similar to this year with a small year-on-year increase to be expected.

Within Derby Hall this year we will also have the Echo@Derby Bar open on both Friday and Saturday evenings to relax after the days football, with the IFA British Cup final again taking place at the David Ross Sports Village on the Friday evening at 6:30pm.

Presentations will take place on the Saturday evening for the winners of the IFA British League, IFA Team of the Year and also the draw for Day 2 of WorldNet and BigTamVets 2019.

With feedback from last year’s event, we are pleased that over 84% of our teams saw an improvement on the previous year (with 100% feedback from BigTamVets teams) and that 100% would return should entry fee and date be suitable. We hope to host all returning teams and look forward to teams returning to Nottingham for our flagship event.

As always, please direct any questions to our email address, theifacommittee@gmail.com

We look forward to seeing you in Nottingham!
